Shuttle.is – Is an Icelandic tour operator and reseller with licence from the Icelandic tourist board. Shuttle.is offers transfers and day tours via our trusted partners on our webpage, shuttle.is
Shuttle.is reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables without prior notice, should the necessity arise. Shuttle.is is not responsible for losses in the event of force majeure, such as natural catastrophes, strikes, weather, war or other causes outside of the control of shuttle.is. Such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the traveller. We advise all customers to have a travel insurance, as they travel at their own responsibility on tours and transfers.
As a customer, you agree to comply with and are legally bound to our terms and conditions. It is your personal responsibility to read our terms and conditions and inform all the parties of your group about them before joining our partner´s tours and transfers.
Bookings:
The customer will receive a booking confirmation and a receipt for the purchase of tours and transfers. Customers are required to present the receipt on an electronic device or printout.
Cancellation terms:
All bookings are fully refundable up to 24 hours before scheduled departure. All cancellations must be made through sending an email to info@shuttle.is
The suppliers third party terms and conditions and cancellation policy is valid for all transfers and tours sold through shuttle.is
The method of refund payments is the same as the original payment. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be to the same credit card.
Currency exchange:
Currency exchange is based on the daily exchange rate of the Central Bank of Iceland and therefore exchange difference may fluctuate until final payment is made.
Disclaimer:
For all tours and transfers that are operated by a third party, Shuttle.is cannot be responsible for accidents or injury which can be traced to tour operators or customer´s own actions.
Liability:
For all tours and transfers that are operated by a third party, Shuttle.is cannot be responsible for changes that a tour operator might take.
Shuttle.is is not liable for expenses because of accidents, sickness, strikes, weather or natural forces that will affect your tour or transfer or changes in flight schedules.
Confidentality:
The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handled to a third party
